A friend gave me this book, and to be honest I hadn't paid attention to Deepok Chopra before because I assumed he was writing for commercial advantage. BUT I was so wrong! I know he's written a lot of books but this one says everything anyone needs to know and it's so clear and easy to understand. I now give it over and over as gifts to my friends and they all are very appreciated (and sometimes surprised, like I was). I now listen to meditations given by Deepok Chopra (and often Opray Winfrey together) when they offer their 21 Day Free Meditation Experiences. I find them hugely enlightening and supportive. The only thing I didn't like about the book was the title, seemed hokey. But I can tell you everything within the book is spot on and energizing. I've love Deepak's style of writing and eye opening philosophies. I read one chapter a day in order to take it all in and think about it for the rest of the day. This book has helped me be more aware at all times and more appreciative of the people, settings, and blessings around me.
